Bangladesh is in a unique position with one of the largest youth population, in the world. Yet, Bangladesh is unable to exploit the full potential as there exists a gap between Potential Job Seekers and Employers. To eliminate this gap, Spellbound Leo Burnett and BRAC University arranged ‘’NRB Jobs Presents National Career Fair-2019’’ on June 27 to 28 at upholding the theme, entitled ‘’Campus to Corporate’’. Foreign Minister Dr. A. K. Abdul Momen, MP, State Minister of MoYS Mr. Zahid Ahsan Russel, MP and State Minister of MPEMR Mr. Nasrul Hamid, MP graced the occasion to inspire the youth.
Along with BRAC University and NRB Jobs Limited, we, Spellbound Leo Burnett, initiated diverse significant Career Grooming Sessions for FREE. Where, the industry leaders and experts were present and deliver their Speech. Moreover, for the participants, we arranged walk-in-interview, as well as 2-Day training on various Career related topics. We observed that, this significant fair quickly soared among the young generations. From strategy planning through to the gathering process of employers and the participants, experts team of Spellbound Leo Burnett coordinated the whole process, in order to integrate the media into the events in effective ways. The program was successful to build a bridge to link the employers and job seekers and paved a way forward to explore opportunities for the youth.
